A 1984 alumnus of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Miller is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in legal malpractice law. He has authored numerous articles on medical malpractice issues and has lectured on medical negligence to legal organizations, attorneys, physicians, and hospital administrators. He also has represented attorneys facing State Bar ethics charges. Miller is a member of the Board of Directors of the California Trial Lawyers Association.
Sean O’Neill
Sean represents public and private companies in a broad range of transactional matters. He has experience with mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and project development. He also handles various real estate litigation matters, including eminent domain, landlord-tenant disputes and quiet title actions. He has also handled administrative appeals relating to real estate development projects, including zoning and tax assessment/exemption appeals.
He regularly defends clients against claims involving insurance regulation and coverage disputes. He has also counseled clients regarding corporate governance and entity formation. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Projects group and serves on the Firm’s Ethics Committee.

Elizabeth “Beth” Teixeira
Beth specializes in medical malpractice, personal injury, elder abuse, and wrongful death cases for plaintiffs. She loves working with her clients and their families to help them through difficult situations. Her favorite aspect of a trial or arbitration is guiding her clients through the process and seeing their lives irrevocably changed.
She has obtained more than $60 million in settlements and awards for her clients. Her most recent case was a $25.6 million Kaiser arbitration award for a brain-injured client. Her legal arguments in this landmark case will benefit future victims of multi-defendant medical malpractice cases.
She is the daughter of Edmund and Ann Teixeira. She has two sons, Michael and Sean. She enjoys volunteering in her community, especially with the Reading Police Department. She is also a member of the Taunton Rotary Club and Prince Henry Society, Taunton Chapter. She is also involved with the local schools, teaching first and second graders. She and her husband live in Reading, MA.
